Hoxie Medical Clinic The Hoxie Medical Clinic houses a highly qualified medical team that can fulfill many of your health care needs. With an emphasis on prevention and education, we assure the best quality of services that include: Cardiovascular Care Weight Loss Management Annual Exams School Physicals Foot Care Skin Screenings Prenatal and Postnatal Care Diabetic Education Orthopedic Consultation Endoscopes Regular Appointments Sheridan County Long Term Care and Assisted Living Apartments The Sheridan County Long Term Care Center is a wonderful 38-bed residence that focuses on quality of life and quality of care. The attentive staff dispenses a positive attitude along with a variety of medical and therapeutic services. Our Assisted Living consists of eight apartments that provide residents with just the right amount of care they need in order to maintain an independent lifestyle. Laundry, three meals a day, housekeeping, and general maintenance and repair are all provided for the residents. Each spacious room is set up with a kitchenette and handicap accessible shower to help make day-to-day living safer and more enjoyable. Our main focus is the residents and the satisfaction they receive from their own accomplishments. They can participate in the Residents’ Council, which allows individuals to share matters they feel are important. Enjoyment also comes from an array of exercises, crafts, games, parties for special occasions, music performances, special guests and local entertainers, gardening, and church services. The bird aviary and all-service beauty shop are also wonderful additions for the residents. The Memorial Garden and central courtyard combine fresh air and a relaxing setting for the residents and their guests to enjoy. The garden has been made possible by donations from grateful families and friends of our residents.
