September 2nd- Danielle, Dalene, Susan and Jan have spent the week in Colby for a 4 day workshop. They should be bringing back a lot of new information for our LTCU. We continually strive to give better care to our residents, patients and their families, and workshops are one way to get the latest information.
July 27th- There are some new faces in the front office! Jordann Johnson and Rebecca Bird will now greet you with a smiling face and help you with your registration needs.
July 15th- Not much "news" going on at SCHC right now. Just hot and dry in good ole Hoxie!
June 28th- The final updates on the webpage will be added and we will go live on July 1st, 2010. Thank you to all of the people who have helped with this project and we at SCHC hope you enjoy our webpage.
June 21st- The LTCU was surveyed by the state this past week. We are still waiting for their findings and will pass them on to you in our Quality Data section.
June 14th- The remodeling of the Outpatient Therapy Room is just about complete. Patients will now be able to get their Outpatient IV medications while sitting in 1 of 2 new comfortable recliners, while watching TV on a newly purchased wall-mounted thin TV.
May 22nd- The Elks Lodge hosted the hospital golf tournament on Saturday. Turn-out was good considering the wind and heat! Proceeds will go to the Radiology Department to help defray expenses in updating their equipment. A big THANK YOU goes out to all who attended or helped.
