Sheridan County Hospital was established in 1952. The facility presently houses the Hoxie Medical Clinic, Sheridan County Hospital, the Sheridan County Long Term Care Center and Assisted Living Apartments. These entities, as a whole, are known as the Sheridan County Health Complex.
We are located in Hoxie, Kansas, which can be found in the Northwest corner of the state. Hoxie is a rural farming community of nearly 1200 citizens and Sheridan County has approximately 2400 residents.
Sheridan County Health Complex's mission is to create and maintain the kind of environment where the care we provide our residents and patients is driven by compassion, kindness and caring. In partnership with our community, we seek to become one of the primary economic and cultural engines of positive change for growing and sustaining our community.
